I’m a Jacksonville, Florida, photographer offering portrait, commercial and event photography. My goal is to provide classic, high-quality images that make you – or your business – look your best.

I love seeing the beauty around me and capturing it: the stunning colors in a sunset, the sleek lines in a contemporary home, the look in a mother’s eye when she’s holding her newborn. My mind is always on the big picture, but as a perfectionist my eyes are constantly searching out the little details that can make the difference between a good image and a great one.

My journey into photography started when my mom let me borrow her Kodak Instamatic to take family photos, and expanded when I got my first Polaroid Land Camera at age 12. I took hundreds of photos of my own kids with a 35mm Canon film SLR – thank God for their patience! – but it wasn’t until around 2006 when digital finally caught up with film that I realized the creative potential of digital imaging and dove in. I started accepting paid sessions in 2010 and, in 2013, retired from a 22-year career in the federal government to more fully pursue excellence in all aspects of photography. Since then I’ve built up a long list of satisfied clients, including many families, couples, individuals, and the organizations listed below.
