With my work, I portray the very human need for connection, capturing spontaneous and intimate interactions in a nonintrusive way. My educational background is in journalism and film; I am drawn to the visual arts. I’ve taken pictures professionally for over two decades — had photo shoots across the U.S., Mexico, and overseas. Home is Nashville, but my canvas is Love.
Love is a lifelong journey! I believe that love, at all stages of life, should be celebrated, documented and shared. There are so many beautiful moments that define who we are and give us hope when we look back at them: wedding vows, raising kids, and celebrating traditions with loved ones. I like to help you capture these real moments and emotions with beautiful pictures you will cherish and want to see time and again, and share with family and friends.

Darien has been documenting my little family with his camera for years. It all started with my engagement photos and wedding. Since then, she has captured precious moments such as maternity photos, baby shower, newborn sessions, and we have a yearly family photoshoot for our holiday cards at the end of the year. It’s now one of my most treasured traditions with my husband and children. I trust Darien’s talent completely. I am always extremely happy with her work and I can’t recommend her enough!

Darien was our wedding photographer in 2015. She did an amazing job. She was accommodating and flexible (we had a multi-site wedding that lasted most of the day), and her photos were incredible! I adore our wedding album and how beautifully it captured the day. Still (5 years later) I love showing off her photos to people. I recommend her to everyone I know who is getting married, and there wasn’t even a moment of hesitation when we wanted maternity and newborn photos 🙂
