Hadley Gustafson photographed over 100 weddings in Hawai’i 2014-2023. She is now a versatile Los Angeles-based creative professional specializing in photographing people and events. Valued are empathy, inclusion, resonance, attunement, collaboration, and trust. There is joy and inspiration in nature; beautiful liminal light; ritual; teamwork; and the dance of anticipating a key gesture or definitive moment. There is gratitude for being invited into the intimacy of people between each other and with the built or natural environment.

Hadley’s journey in professional photography began while earning a 2011 M.A. in Multimedia Documentary from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Journalism.
